Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book any cleaning service from Fantastic Finish Ltd ("we", "us"), a company based at Fareham, PO15 6TA.

1. Quotes & bookings

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are valid for 30 days. We may revise a quote on site if access, condition or scope is materially different from what was described. Your booking is confirmed when we send you a written date.

2. Access & preparation

Please make sure gates are unlocked and side accesses are clear on the day. Windows, doors and skylights should be closed before we arrive. If we cannot access the property on a booked day and have not been given notice, a missed- visit fee may apply for regular rounds.

3. Pricing

Typical starting prices: exterior windows from £20, gutter emptying from £50 per side, jet washing from £5/m² (£80 minimum), conservatory roofs at roughly £10 per panel. Softwashing and bespoke jobs are quoted after a site visit.

4. Payment

We accept cash, card, bank transfer and GoCardless direct debit. For regular rounds, GoCardless is preferred. Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a one-off booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date at no charge. Regular round customers can pause or cancel at any time by message.

6. Free re-clean promise

If you are not 100% happy with the result of a clean, let us know within 48 hours of the visit and we will return and put it right at no cost.

7. Softwash 12-month guarantee

Softwashing of render, patios and driveways is guaranteed for 12 months from the treatment date against the return of algae or biofilm. The guarantee excludes damage from physical contamination, overhanging vegetation or adjoining surfaces that have not been treated.

8. Insurance & liability

We hold £1,000,000 public liability cover with Simply Business for window, gutter and jet washing, and a separate £1,000,000 public and products liability policy with Hiscox for softwashing. Certificates available on request. Our liability is limited to the value of our insurance cover and we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects or wear that becomes visible after cleaning.

9. Photos

We may take before/after photos for quality control. We will not publish any image that identifies your property without your consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
