Softwashing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses a specialist biocide solution to kill algae, lichen, moss and biofilm at the root, then rinses the surface clear at safe water pressure. Currently offered on render, patios and driveways (no roof cleaning yet).

All softwashing is delivered by a SoftWash UK Approved & Certified Soft Wash Applicator (Certificate of Competence ID 8n8uvkpwyw, issued April 2026, valid to March 2029). The business is also listed on the SoftWash UK applicator database and an NASW member.
Algae, lichen and biofilm killed and rinsed clear from textured render, monocouche, K-rend and traditional rendered walls. Surfaces left without etching, pitting or 'tide' lines often seen with jet-washing.
Block paving, Indian sandstone, slabs and concrete drives treated to remove green and black biological staining. Re-sanding of block-paving joints is intentionally not included — quoted by specialists if needed afterwards.
An additional biocide application can be added either at time of clean or as a 6–9 month maintenance visit. This is the single biggest factor in how long the surface stays clean.
