A dedicated UPVC cleaning solution is applied to the fascia, soffit, gutter face, corner joints and downpipes and given time to break down the film. It is then worked by hand with soft brushes on a reach pole so the corners, the underside of the soffit, the vent strips and the awkward run behind the downpipe actually get touched — the places a blast simply skips over. Finally the whole roofline is rinsed with filtered pure water so it dries without spots or tide-marks, and the windows and sills below get rinsed down too so nothing is left running down the glass. On heavily oxidised, chalky UPVC we will tell you upfront how much of the original whiteness is realistically recoverable, and can discuss a UPVC restoration finish rather than promising a result the material cannot give.
